Delivery Policy

  • Goods dispatch will take 2-3 working days from order confirmation and full payment receipt.
  • Any change in delivery date, address, or telephone number must be notified in writing and called in to the delivery department a week before the specified delivery date.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that furniture dimensions allow for easy delivery and fitting in the living space.
  • The customer must be available to receive the product at the time of delivery and ensure that the delivery address is accessible to trucks and delivery companies.
  • If the customer authorizes delivery in their absence or without inspection, they automatically accept that the product is received in good condition and waive all rights to returns, claims, and insurance.
  • Flybed Home is responsible for making payments to truckers and will be billed at the time of placing the order unless mutually agreed.
  • The customer does not have to pay anything to truckers at the time of delivery or any other time.

Warranty Terms

  • Flybed Home guarantees that the furniture is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
  • The product has a 5-year warranty against any manufacturing defects in materials. Flybed Home will either repair or replace the defective component or the entire product at its discretion.
  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by usage beyond the intended use or normal wear and tear.
  • Any modifications or alterations made to the product post-purchase will void the warranty.
  • Natural wood characteristics, such as glue lines, are not defects and are not covered under warranty. Claims for seasonal splits or joints opening are limited to 36 months from the purchase date.
